Before you jump to another field, consider your motives first. It would be better if you can make an arrangement with your boss to change your shift or allow you to offset on a certain weekdays. Attending workshops, seminars, and others Short courses may also be enough to boost your credentials. Whatever further studies you pursue, just make sure it’s aligned with your career goals and passions.
